Summary

Life gets pretty boring when you can beat the snot out of any villain with just one punch。

Nothing about Saitama passes the eyeball test when it comes to superheroes, from his lifeless expression to his bald head to his unimpressive physique。 However, this average-looking guy has a not-so-average problem—he just can’t seem to find an opponent strong enough to take on!

Garo has just left the Monster Association’s hideout when he crosses paths with Saitama, who’s in quite a pinch, but Saitama still doesn't know Garo is the Hero Hunter。 Later, King the Ripper can no longer hold back his murderous urges and confronts Garo himself!

It really sucks how expensive these are for such tiny tiny content you get。 I feel since volume 5/6 absolutely nothing has happened and it's very disappointing because I LOVE One-Punch Man。 It really sucks how expensive these are for such tiny tiny content you get。 I feel since volume 5/6 absolutely nothing has happened and it's very disappointing because I LOVE One-Punch Man。 。。。more

No bonus chapter in this one。 Still a solid volume though, introducing some heavy players for the first time。

The next volume in which the monster uprising continues。 The Monster Association furthers its plans to kill all heroes。 Saitama is almost a dine and dasher。 Garo fights with monsters。

The longer this series goes on, the less I like it。 I’m really just here for the Saitama humor at the beginning of the series and hoping it makes a comeback。

This was better than the last one, and the fight scenes!! Garou is definitely a new favorite, and I'm kind of curious to see where his power will be by the end of this ordeal。 We're building up for a major fight, so we're getting a lot of players again and people have some subtle changes to their looks (not so subtle in Genos' case。。。dude is looking crazy)。 This was my 6th book for the 25 Day of Manga, so much as I want to continue on with another volume tonight I'll hold off until tomorrow。 This was better than the last one, and the fight scenes!! 3/5While I do appreciate the shift in tone of the series, we are spending too much time on everyone else。 Why has Saitama suddenly stopped fighting? He goes outside--we see him go outside (and he sticks Blizzard with the bill again haha) so why doesn't he address what's happening? I get that hes so strong we wouldn't get much of a fight (and that's why the monsters keep getting stronger, too) but who cares?? Nothing much has happened here - there's a mix of funny, frustrating, sad, and of course action-packed panels。Artwork still remains superb, from the quiet moments in the prison to near-death fights。 The consistency in quality of the illustrations in OPM is very commendable。 And this is one of the reasons why I still continue to read and buy One-Punch Man manga。 The way action is drawn is very, very clean。 The movement, shading, and framing are top-notch and well-though of。 Nothing much has happened here - there's a mix of funny, frustrating, sad, and of course action-packed panels。Artwork still remains superb, from the quiet moments in the prison to near-death fights。 The consistency in quality of the illustrations in OPM is very commendable。 And this is one of the reasons why I still continue to read and buy One-Punch Man manga。 The way action is drawn is very, very clean。 The movement, shading, and framing are top-notch and well-though of。 。。。more

Garo is one determined fighter that much was clear from the get go。 But his resolve and mentality to never give up is the reason i admire him so much。 That dine-and-dash incident was a lot of fun! 😂

It is becoming increasing obvious that the majority of these Volumes won't be about Saitama much anymore, which makes sense, as he stops everything so quickly, but that doesn't stop the hilarious moments from coming! Both Saitama and Garo end up at the same diner, unbeknownst to each other。 Garo leaves without paying and when Saitama realizes he forgot (or lost) his wallet, he is able to stick Blizzard with the bill (who showed up to recruit him to her team) to chase after him for ditching。 The e It is becoming increasing obvious that the majority of these Volumes won't be about Saitama much anymore, which makes sense, as he stops everything so quickly, but that doesn't stop the hilarious moments from coming! Both Saitama and Garo end up at the same diner, unbeknownst to each other。 Garo leaves without paying and when Saitama realizes he forgot (or lost) his wallet, he is able to stick Blizzard with the bill (who showed up to recruit him to her team) to chase after him for ditching。 The encounter is preceded by Garo meeting back up with Tareo, but when Saitama gets involved, Garo is one-punched MANY blocks away。 Tareo, who was running from their fight, comes across Garo again, who now has to defend him from King the Ripper and Insect God, two members of the Monster Association who are testing the "monsterness" of Garo。 When they deem him not worthy to join, due to him not killing Tareo, they beat him almost to death。Meanwhile, Saitama arrives back home to find Bang, Bomb, King, and Genos waiting for him to return。 Once Blizzard (still mad about the ditch at the diner) and Genos' repairman Dr。 Cuseno arrive, Saitama decides to make Hot Pot for dinner so they can all share。King the Ripper and Insect God take Tareo back to Monster Association headquarters and he gets thrown in a cell with his friend Waganma, a rich kid who will have heroes sent to rescue him。 The Monsters all get ready for the upcoming battle。。。 but Garo is alive and pissed off。。。Another great Volume, obviously building to a huge battle。 Really glad I have the next two Volumes right here to continue on。。。Recommend。 。。。more

Another fine volume, but I miss the shorter arcs/stories。 OPM has become what it parodied - a shonen manga, and that's fine。 I just hope this arc ends soon and we go back to smaller plots。 Another fine volume, but I miss the shorter arcs/stories。 OPM has become what it parodied - a shonen manga, and that's fine。 I just hope this arc ends soon and we go back to smaller plots。 。。。more
